Polyester needle felt is a fine fiber cloth with staggered fiber arrangement and uniform void distribution made by non-woven needle punching process. The surface of the needle felt produced by polyester staple fiber and polyester twisted yarn is post-treated by hot rolling, singeing or coating to make its surface smooth and not easily blocked by dust. This filter material has a large porosity, good air permeability, extremely wide range of uses, strong chemical resistance, and can not only filter normal temperature gases, but also corrosive gases containing acids and alkalis, and can filter water and oil. It is an ideal filter material for normal temperature conditions, liquid-solid separation and other fields.
